At the ARK elements, we take pride in the curated nature of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit, as home goods are often fragile.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
